Youssef DAAFI is geologist engineer since 2005 form National School of Mineral Industry in Rabat. He got other diplomas in Cadi Ayad University on Metallogeny and Marrkech Institute of Mines.
He has more than ten years of experience in exploration and mining. He also has a diverse experience on technical due diligence where he worked in several countries such as Mauritania, Gabon, Ethiopia and UK. Through this experience, he used to work on diversified deposits types such as phosphate, potash and fluorine.
He published more than five articles (Author and co-author) and more than ten conferences in exploration, geological modeling, stratigraphy and sedimentology and geo-statistics in Morocco and France.
Actually, he is geology manager in charge of the exploration in geology Direction at OCP S.A since 2006, CPG-11831 (Certified professional Geologist ) from AIPG (American Institute of professional Geologists) the only international organization that certifies the competence and ethical conduct of geological scientists, EurGeol-1380 from EFG (European Federation of Geologists), Registered Member from SME (Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration) and QP from MMSA (Mining and Metallurgical Society of America).
Being a member of scientific and technological monitoring cell, he had developed strong network with several academic communities and geological research centers around the world.
