  Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2009 - 2011 -Guarantee the visibility about the costs related to Supply Chain processes in Morocco through the relevant analyzes and required reporting.
  -Ensure transparency in performance monitoring through the financial and non-financial KPIs of the Supply Chain (service level, Forecast accuracy, management of returns, distribution costs, Working Capital, stocks, freshness, expired goods...).
  -Conduct Activity Based Costing (ABC models) for distribution and ensure they reflect the real logistic structure and products flows, drivers calculation, etc.
  -Building of Morocco distribution cost budget, follow-up of its achievement and advice the stakeholders on the ways of improvement.
